The Virginian exceeded my expectations in every regard. The rooms were spotless, updated and well decorated. The host at the front desk was genuine, friendly and took his time explaining all the things the hotel has to offer. This hotel is designed in a way where you don't have to leave the property for anything if you don't want to. Liquor store, convenience store, multiple restaurants, a saloon, a hair salon, a ski shop, pool, hot tubs, complimentary smores and firepits, doggie areas. Obviously you should be checking out Jackson, but you really could survive here indefinitely without leaving. The Virginian Restaurant's breakfast is outstanding, and the hidden gem of a bar Elenor's steps away in the plaza next door. I will certainly stay here again.

Door opens directly to the outside. Think of a upgraded Motel 6 style. I didn’t eat there so I do not know about dining or food options. Bed was comfortable and room designed with rustic look.
