Was a very nice stay in the heart downtown Jackson. Room was clean on arrival, in need of repairs. In which they were doing in other rooms in the build. Front Desk was Excellent, super nice and very friendly. Kitchen Staff was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is obviously under rehab. Our room had not been done yet. Bed was very uncomfortable. More bumped into rehab/management staff the next morning and found them unfriendly. Wearing logo attire, they represent the entire property. The property is going to be very nice, not sure what pricing will do. Room was very clean, just worn.

The property has been around since the 60's, but they have done an excellent job at updating and modernizing it. The room was larger than expected, well-maintained, clean, and well organized. The location was great, just a little ways away from the main square. The heated tiles were amazing!
