There was mold in the bathroom and not just a little. They did give us a refund so we could go find a new hotel. My asthma was so bad and my sister-in-law’s eyes were burning. There was something terrible in that room not just the mold.

Perfect affordable location in expensive Jackson Hole. Motel is dated, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I stayed on the second floor and the room was very quiet, however the older floors do creak when walking on and I suspect the room underneath on the first floor may hear those sounds, which many others have commented on. Request a 2nd floor room if possible. I would definitely book this room again in the future.

There were areas that had mildew on the ceiling and water damage in the bathroom. The heat was very warm and would not turn off. The location was good.

Big room but didn't have the sink as promised. Waited a day for my room to be available. They apologized and made it right. Room was very clean and with lots of towels and other appointments. Lots of hot water. Bed very comfortable. Small parking lot. Parking lot across the street can be used.

We booked about three months in advance and got a great price. We stayed in a Big King Suite with a very comfortable bed, a full kitchen, and a small porch area, which was convenient for skiing since we could leave gear outside. Parking was easy, and the staff was friendly—Joe, the after-hours service guy, was especially helpful and made sure we knew to call if we needed anything. The location is very close to downtown Jackson and walkable, though not ideal in very cold weather. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit cold since the heating is mainly in the bedroom area. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again.
