We traveled to the area to visit Yellowstone Park and booked the hotel in advance. The room was clean and the sheets smelled wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed two nights and received room service the second day. So nice to come back to clean towels and a tidy room. It was expensive but close to everything we needed. The view of the Teton Mountains right outside our window was magnificent!

Our room was in the third building out. Rooms was tight to move around in. One desk with chair, one end table, one other chair with no end table. Bath exhaust fan was LOUD, bearings are failing. Tub drained slow so you were standing in water. Shower head pointed towards the wall. Complimentary coffee but it was two three buildings away. NO breakfast - not even pastries. Staff gets 5 stars - very accommodating. WiFi was GOOD - no issues with that. Prices are high. Going into Jackson is very crowded, we gave up trying to get to find parking so we could dine. Also, many restaurants show dinner prices as $50.00 - $100.00. Even a burger was as high as $20.00 - NO burger is worth $20.00. Gas prices for 87 oct push $4.00. At Flat Creek it's $4.19 with employees getting a 20% discount which means they are paying $3.30 per gal. This reeks of price gouging to tourist. We were here to tour Grand Teton. Now we've seen it - no need to come back. When it comes to hotels - NOBODY can beat Drury Inn & Suites. Breakfast AND dinner buffet, beautiful rooms and all for a price much cheaper than other hotel chains.

Beautiful and clean room at Flat Creek Inn. Check in was friendly and quick. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed, down to the chair with pull out ottoman. Toiletries were wonderful also. Loved that parking was right in front of the room and the facility had a little mart and a gas station right there. Not far out of town at about 11 mins drive and it actually felt like a nice respite that it was away from the town. Lovely stay.

Perfect location for a three nights stay. Room was comfortable, nice to have a fridge with a freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Easy to get in and out of Jackson and reasonably priced if you don’t need fancy and expensive. As noted in other reviews, noise from above in next-door, as well as the road outside, was a little annoying, but I planned ahead and took ear plugs. Complementary coffee was available, and then it was easy to go to any of the cute breakfast places in Jackson or plan ahead and stop at one of the grocery stores.

The property was as pictured and described. The room was very clean. When we came back to the hotel after a concert; the parking lot was almost full and every room seemed to be booked. We thought we would hear everyone in the morning as we tried to sleep in; we did not hear anything in the morning and slept until our alarm went off at 10:30. The place was a great, easy, clean location, and priced nicely compared to other options in the area.
