Friendly and helpful staff. Okay gym with a nice view. The breakfast is okay. Its nice that the rooms have 2 doors, the main door, and the 2nd door to the parking lot so you can literally park outside your door. They offer free bear spray! I wish i had know that, i wouldn't have purchased my own. Overall enjoyable stay.

As soon as you step In the room is a hazard( 2/3 inch in door step ) tripped on it every time . Like this hotel was a motel . Has a back door to parking lot . Room was horrible. Walk directly into bathroom , could not fit luggage carrier in the room . Bed was on a wire rack thing. Squeezed all night . But the atmosphere was amazing with all stuffed animals and wall busts and art . Room was CLEAN , breakfast was really good ,

Enjoyed my stay very much. The room was quiet and comfortable, much better than many other places I've stayed. The only thing off was the lamp on the desk didn't work--it was missing the switch needed to turn it on and off.

For the price you pay for this property it was VERY disappointing. The locks were broken on the doors to the parking lot and the lighting was terrible. The rooms are very small and very dated. The pool was difficult to access from where we were. I realize it is in Jackson Wyoming, but the owners could afford to update everything and put in better security and lighting.

They need to replace the old, lumpy, and too soft mattresses in at least one of their rooms. When lying down you were capable of rolling off either side of the bed. They ought to offer humidifiers to the customers as the air was remarkably dry and you would wake in the morning with a dry mouth and nasal passages.
