Excellent Stay • Service: The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. • Dining: Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. • Room: Clean and stylishly designed, located on a very quiet street. • Parking: There is a private lot behind the hotel. However, be aware that they close it overnight, and park your car on the street during those hours for you.

Perfect city stay with dog

A one night city break with our dog. The welcome we ( or perhaps our dog received) was wonderful. A really happy short stay which we will repeat if we are in Zmir again.

Junior suite 604 Wide space and bathroom ok. Room needs a deep clean for sofa and floor. The a/c if you want to room warm needs to run full time at 30 degrees Celsius or it will get cold. At my arrival the room was very cold and it took almost 24h to get it at the right temperature. Breakfast is good but it can be improved for the sweet choice. No croissant but only cake slices. Good hotel also for the location. Nice staff.

The hotel itself was impeccably clean – my room was spotless, the common areas were well-maintained, and every corner reflected a high standard of hygiene. The staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met, always with a cheerful demeanor. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where cleanliness and hospitality come first. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly central and convenient. All major attractions, restaurants, and shops were within easy walking distance, which saved us so much time. Public transport links are also just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was quiet and peaceful. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city. Truly the perfect base for both sightseeing and business. I left feeling completely satisfied and would definitely return.

Excellent , friendly staff and management. This hotel is only 3 wks old ( opened April 2024). Breakfast is great. Convenient to everything. The furnishings and bath were stylish, and bedding/linens are very comfortable. I appreciated that they are eco-sustainability conscious, w/reduction of plastic bottles etc in toiletry products. I would stay there again. Thank you Dogan bey, Didem hanım ( mgr), and Ali bey for your excellent hospitality.

Nice inside but?

Location is not safe, picture is rather doctored, room service - service was horrible. 3600 lira and all cold and nasty no spoons with 3 soups ordered. Great view of a sweat shop next door. Noisy and right across from a police station. Staff were excellent and hotel was obviously recently redone. But would find other accommodations.
