Funny smell in the first room smelt and felt very damp so this staff kindly moved us. The other room was very dark with only a small window. Great location, could do with a refurb

If returning to Venice, I would try somewhere else. Found the complex a confusing sprawl of suites over a number of sites.
Throughout Italy I have found the Italians to be wonderful hosts. Unfortunately, didn't find this place to be welcoming or overly helpful.
However, location terrific. So if location is all you are after then this is the hotel.
