Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Booked this hotel at the last minute so wasn't quite sure what to expect. First of all a young man attended to us. He does not have the manners to be meeting and greeting clients. He showed us to our room in which we got no key. We then asked for one and it was given to only have the lock not working. They then fixed it and the key broke in the lock. We didnt get another after that. We were able to lock from the inside but not the outside. The room needs to be better maintained. Mattress was very dirty under the sheet that was put on the bed. We asked for more bed clothes and received a duvet with no cover. Sorry but i dont know who else has used that duvet. Handles all rusty going into the bathroom with no door on the closet. Bath tub needs to be fixed and the water is dirty. The room had a lot of bugs and it seemed that the rooms opposite us had no one staying in them and the doors were left open so maybe thats why bugs get in. The blinds on the doors are filthy. Wouldn't go back again. The whole place just lacks attention and care. It has such great potential but not being maintained is a big no for me.
