The stay was excellent and everything was up to the expectation, I love the staff and their friendliness, the clean room and new sheets everyday and the close distance ro eveything from Taxim square to Istaklal street where we have done alot of shopping and enjoyed the food their. All in all a perfect expeience, would definetly come back to Santa rio in my next visit.

Perfect

When we first came in the hotel the staff were extremely nice and welcoming , the rooms were absolutely beautiful and fancy . The bed sheets were clean, the toilet the beds the shower was all clean . They provided us towels , soap , a working AC and they also provided us coffee , tea , sugar all for free . They also provided free WiFi which had great connection. I believe everyone should come to this hotel if they visit Istanbul due to its perfect service . I would 100% come to this hotel again .

Clean, well kept, helpful staff, nice room. Balcony view was beautiful. Comfortable bed and pillows. WiFi was pretty good, I was taking calls with the US, China and India. It was always best during the afternoon and started to get spotty in the evening.
