The staff were friendly and very helpful. Specially Sahand and Emin and the gentleman who was at the front desk on our checkout day, April 12th. They all went out of their way to make sure we got the right information and service. We also recommend the breakfast. Very clean and tasty. The view from the restaurant was great.

Very clean hotel. Staff is polite. I had some problems with wifi connection, sometimes connectivity got lost. Breakfast is delicious, but same everyday. If you stay more than two days it becomes boring. Hotel is very close to public transport. You can reach out everywhere from the hotel easily. The neighborhood is not the most decent. I didn't have any problems, though I didn't stay outside after 8 o'clock. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent staff; room was a bit small

The absolute best part of our stay here was the front desk staff. They were tremendously kind and supportive in meeting all of our requests - special shout-out to Ali! The room itself was a bit small - we barely had space to open a full-sized suitcase. The location was busy, but very conveniently located next to multiple public transit options.

I stayed at several hotels while visiting Turkey and almost gave up on finding a good level of cleanliness—until I stayed at this hotel. I even considered extending my stay. Not only was the room exceptionally clean, but the amenities, mattress, and the subtle aroma in the room made my stay extremely comfortable. In addition, every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely understood what guests need. I completely understand why this hotel receives such high ratings. I will definitely stay here again without any hesitation, and next time I will make sure to enjoy the breakfast as well.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Lunet Old City Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredible staff — a special thank you to Cem, Sahand, and Alican, who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the historic heart of Istanbul — just a short walk to major landmarks, great restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. What really made this stay stand out was the hospitality. Cem was always helpful and attentive, Sahand made me feel right at home with his kindness, and Alican provided top-notch service with a smile every single day. Their genuine care and professionalism truly elevated my experience. Thank you again to the Lunet Old City Hotel team for making my time in Istanbul so special. I will definitely be back!

My stay at this hotel was exceptional, showcasing top-tier hospitality. The warm and genuine smiles I received upon arrival set the tone for my entire visit. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Everyone at Lunet Old City Hotel is incredible. My room was a pristine and restful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Their attention to detail created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's unbeatable location in the city center made it easy to access attractions, dining, and entertainment, making it perfect for any traveler. What truly set Hotel apart was its amazing team. Each member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeper was the sweetest woman. I especially appreciated when a staff member helped carry luggage down when the elevator was out of service. Big shoutout to Sahan, whose outstanding service, funniness, kind words and helpfulness made our stay even more special – my mum adored him! This hotel offers an experience that perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality, and I highly recommend it.
