Amazing stay, amazing location!

My day was amazing. This was my second time staying at this property in Istanbul and I have to say it was as expected. The location was very central and I could see the Galata Tower from my room places like Taksim Square were walkable. The host was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Istanbul.

The hotel is tiny. Tiny reception and tiny rooms. It was disappointing but the check-in and check-out staff was very good and helpful. It is good if you want a place to crash for one night only if you're traveling alone without family because the rooms are not big enough to hold more than one person plus carry-on luggage. Beware that it gets noisy on the streets below late into the night even on weeknights. Unless you're exhausted you may not be able to fall asleep. Not good for light sleepers.

I wish I could post the pictures of this hotel and their so called “superior room”. The place is super noisy, no curtains to give you privacy. The bed is super uncomfortable, the bathroom was disgusting, bugs on the ceiling. Overall, total waste of your money. The only positive part of it was Bora (the hotel receptionist), he was really nice and tried his best to make my 5 day stay worthwhile but unfortunately it was impossible because the property is in dire need of some repairs.

Nicely located pod hotel. The room is small but has all the needs to be out exploring Istanbul. Conveniently located near Galata tower, plenty of shopping and they host their Breakfast at a cute and tasty cafe around the corner. Hotel has a rooftop with a nice view and they booked my transfer to the airport the day before. Taxi was waiting 15 minutes ahead of time for peace of mind. Front desk staff member came out at 5:30am to see me off to the airport :)

The staff and location are great. Especially if your a foodie and shopper. Upstairs bar EXCELLENT spot to have a nip. That said. Black-mold all over the shower enclosure a huge no-no. Never slept for three nights as well. Ear-plugs, sleeping-pills with/without drinks. Keep late hours wont really matter either. But location & elevator. And 'SnogBar'.

It’s my second time in duo. They have two buildings face to face and the first time it was great and with more room. I booked by mistake in the second building which is more “budget”. Veryyy smal room, and incredibly noisy: although on same street, very bad insulations. You hear everyone like it’s right next door it’s unbearable.

Stay here if you feel like getting ripped off

When making the reservations; they list deluxe room "25 meters sq" and Superior "30 meters sq" for a higher price. Also room without breakfast & room with breakfast included for a higher price. I opted for a bigger room and breakfast so I paid the higher price. When I walked to the room #102, it seemed not 30 meters sq, so I measured and it was barley 24 meters sq. I went back to the front desk thinking that they made a mistake. His response that it's the right room, but when I insisted that it's the smaller room, then he said that I was right, but the bigger rooms were sold out; so I asked him to refund me the extra I paid, he said he wouldn't and to take it up with Expedia! Also didn't even offer any gesture. In the morning went for the breakfast, there I had a plate of eggs and when I asked for other breakfast things, then he brought me a very small plate with tomatoes, cucumber and olives. Then made me paid for it and the orange juice. They list breakfast on Expedia, not only plate of eggs, thank god he didn't make me pay for bread
