A great location for the Galata Tower and Istiklal Caddesi, staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, a nice breakfast, lots of restaurant options within walking distance, close to all transit. We were booked here through Expedia when our VRBO fell through. Expedia made a mistake and gave my friend and I a room with only one bed. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating to go out of their way and change our room. Throughout our stay everyone was extremely polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel
