Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I arrived 10-30 pm to find the propery locked. There was no 24-hour reception as advertised. I found myself without accommodation in a strange city, late at night. Fortunately I found a room and returned the following morning at 9-30 am to find the hotel was still locked. I could get no response so I gave up and found alternative accommodation.
