upon first arrival hotel looks nice but is not a resort which you will be charged a $20 per day resort fee for that is not noted until arrival. The room was cleaned but still had splattering of "fluid" from previous guest on side of bed side table. refrigerator in room was noisy which made sleep difficult. The area is not a nice view waterfront it is a industrial area not far from oil facilities and the surrounding area is not safe to walk alone as i was advised by other guests. if not for this being a work trip that i had to stay for, I would have left and found other accommodations.

There was an event and front desk was very accomodating. They were polite, helpful, calm. Bar attendant was super cool and friendly. Except my housekeeper, she seems like shes rushing us out. I didnt like that and it didnt sit well with me. We were ready to check up but I had to feed my son real quick and has asthma.
