The Space:

Welcome to your Goat Island Getaway — a peaceful, off-grid-style waterfront retreat along the Intracoastal Waterway, just across from Isle of Palms. Accessible only by boat, this home offers a true Lowcountry experience: breezy porches, rocking chairs, fishing off your private dock, and uninterrupted marsh views.

Inside, the cozy interior features two bedrooms plus a loft, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the bunk room is perfect for kids or friends. The open concept floor plan includes full kitchen with eating bar with comfortable living area — perfect for gathering after a day on the water.

Property was wonderful! Spotless and described just as the listing stated. We rented a boat from isle of palms marina for the weekend in order to stay here and it worked out great!

The host was amazing and the property was exactly as described. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the ICW and enjoyed sitting down on the dock as the sun set. It’s a quick boat ride down to the IOP Marina and there are lots of creeks to explore nearby. Our family of four had the best time fishing, throwing the cast net and relaxing on Goat Island! We look forward to staying here again—a perfect getaway spot!
