7 Fairway Oaks is a beautiful Vacation Home located in Wild Dunes. Beach Access straight across the street (Only 135 yards to the beach!). Features an open floor plan, 4 Bedrooms, 4 and 1 half baths in over 3400 sqft with lots of space for a large family. This coastal gem sleeps 12 with 3 king beds, 4 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Ocean peeks from the 3rd floor. Spacious screened porch features new outdoor seating and a Charleston Swing Bed! Kitchen renovated in late 2022 with brand new cabinets and appliances. Kitchen well-stocked for the cooks on Vacation! Dining table offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 4 available off the adjacent sun room. Home gym with a Peloton treadmill, weights and bench, bands, floor exercise area and smart TV.

Pleasant time
We loved the close proximity to the beach and the large, open gathering area on the main floor. All of the bathrooms were beautifully updated, and the overall decor was lovely. It looks like this property was recently updated, but there needs to be a bit more attention to detail--such as the kitchen garbage disposal that doesn't work and causes the sink to back up (We used a plunger left at the property to solve that problem.); one bedroom that had only one working electrical outlet; the door was coming off the hinges in the main bedroom (Maintenance came in a timely way and repaired it.).

A wonderful family trip!
This property met or exceeded every expectation. The location was very convenient to the beach. It was spacious enough that the 10 of us could spread out with ease. I highly recommend this property.

IOP - short vacation
Spacious, clean, nice storage/closets and the best part was the location. So simple to get to the beach.
The only problem was the twin bedroom up the spiral staircase in the master bedroom. It was so hot no one could sleep there.
