Terrible terrible terrible ..not worth the price ,to many things to list here but here is a few ..as you check in there is a everyday resort extra fee,also $200 everyday hold for amenities ,rooms are far away from pool or any restaurant ,tv service not existent ,pool food and service very expensive, one cocktail $16 ,no beach at all !!pool very cold no one goes in ,old shower faucets ,the shower head only ,no hand held one ,no closet or clothes space very very tight ,no updates at all ,cleaning crew is there in the late morning with blowers and power washing no respect of your quiet time .. but really no beach its really a bummer

Beautiful property all around! Plenty of activities on property. Great food at the on property Atlantic's Edge Restaurant. Beautiful 'beach' but it's not especially sandy at all. Poor daily room refresh, may or may not complete the process. Leaky above counter sink, bugs in room (both dead and alive), glasses left on walkway outside our 3 floor room (a few got broken and broken glass left all over), vacuum cleaner left in elevator daily. Pizza box left for days on outside trash can by the stairwell.

Our room was clean and spacious, loved the outside tub on our balcony. Their sushi restaurant was excellent with very friendly staff. We sat at the sushi bar and asked them to surprise us with their favorites, it was so good we went twice on our stay. The grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. Would definitely stay again!!

Anna and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing! During my daughter and son in law (newlyweds ) stay they were treated like royalty! Service at the outside tiki bar was impeccable, second to none! Incredible stay for my daughter‘s one day honeymoon!! We will never forget our experience at Cheeca Lodge!! Absolutely lovely!!

While the room (in the building) was lovely, the property does not live up to its price point. check in was disorganized and slow, my room key bracelet didnt work, elevator buttons don't light up. No one on the beach offering drink service, not enough chairs around the pool, servers who scrape plates tableside in a fine dining restaurant. Mostly small things, but again, felt like a moderate chain hotel, not a boutique high class establishment. Won't be going back.

Amazing stay with a few hiccups

Overall amazing property with friendly, attentive staff. However, room service had a disconnected line with no way to reach them, even through the front desk, and the response provided by management was that it was a busy time, which didn't explain the inability to even reach them. Additionally, we made use of the pull out couch bed, and while our expectations of comfort were low, it was bad enough so as to make it unusable, even for our children, which was disappointing since the room was described as sleeping 4. The manager did address our concerns and compensated us accordingly, which was greatly appreciated, and aside from the room service issue, everything else exceeded our expectations.

Very high daily hidden resort fee that you are not told about. And then charged to your room - we got a $600 bill checking out only for the resort fees! Our chicken was not cooked one night from room service. Everything else was perfect! Beautiful resort and the service is impeccable.
