We only stayed for one night which wasn’t enough time to check anything out at the resort. Our room was over by the golf course, unfortunately did not get any sleep. There is a very loud air conditioning unit (large) that must be on the roof and turns on and off all night. Every time we would fall asleep that thing kicked on. Had a wonderful tasty dinner but were also tricked into ordering a bunch of appetizers that we believed were being comped because of the wait time (Super Bowl Sunday). The property was beautiful and the beach was stunning.

Hotel stated they would give a full refund as my father passed away the more after we checked in. When all said and done, they wouldnt do it. Wouldnt even respond to requests. Not worth the price to stay there either.

Cheeca is one of my favorite places, this visit wasn't my favorite the new ocean front rooms are no where near as nice as the older ones, same price but not worth it, wish they could have changed the room as I requested

Decent place but very much overpriced both rooms and restaurants. Property definitely shows its age. Staff service was inconsistent - some great - some weak. No beach - just a small weedy / rocky walk-in area. Check-in process is slowww - room wasn't ready - they never called to say it was ready - had to chase them and finally got into the room well after 4PM.

The property had a great resort feel to it. Very clean, and the staff was great. Also, the no smoking rule was great - especially around the pool and beach area.

Pros - a lot of amenities Con - we tried 3 of the restaurants onsite, all we horrible. Made the serves aware and they didn't seem to care.
