Amazing hotel would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel. I stayed in the suite with the city view on my own and the room was perfect size for a couple, never mind just myself. Very clean, room cleaned daily, fresh towels. Walls aren’t as thick as I’d liked but wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast was great, loads to choose from and changed every day. Pool/bar area was great and a lovely view of the sea. Staff were very helpful throughout the hotel. In between Costa Teguise and Puerto Del Carmen so perfect if you want to move about. Also visited the spa where I had a massage which was heaven. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Would stay again.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner has food to satisfy the most demanding of clientele with some freshly cooked to order. I have stayed here 4 times now and sadly the room on this occasion was near the bar and so music disturbance late at night. Never had a problem before …. Hence this occasion slight downgrade from excellent. To be fair the hotel were very responsive and kind when they heard about the problem

Lovely mini break. Fabulous room on the 11th floor. Views were amazing. We ate in the hotel for all meals - trying different restaurants - all were great. Had a massage which was very nice. Would recommend
