I had a great stay at this hotel.The location is excellent, just a short walk from concubine lane and the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciated the convenience and cleanliness. I do recommend !

An excellent choice close to old town for as one night stay. Very welcoming owner and advise on how best to use our time. We booked the suite excellent facilities for the price point… room could do with some TLC decor wise but was very clean.

We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way

1) The hotel and the rooms was very clean and presentable. 2) Staff was very friendly and approachable. They recommended some places and foods nearby. 3) The room's facilities was very good. The room and the bathroom is very big and spacious. 4) Lot's of food choices around the area. And the convenience store is also nearby. Shopping mall Ipoh Parade also quite near. 這是這趟馬來西亞行程中性格比最高的一間酒店。 房間十分寬敞，除了膠囊咖啡機外，還有冷熱水機。 地點方便，距離著名的老黃芽菜雞、怡發茶室（咖喱麵）再步行距離以內。早上或黃昏天氣不太炎熱時步行到舊街場也是可以的，大概20分鐘。 Check-in時遇到十分熱情的酒店職員，主動跟我們介紹應該去什麼地點觀光、哪裏有好餐廳。 再次到訪怡保的話會首選預訂這酒店。
