Great location. Less then 10 mins to the town. Had a great night sleep even it was beside the airport. I didn't hear much noise. The gym facilities was great and clean surroundings. Staff was friendly. The hotel had a nice atmosphere.

This is the perfect location for a traveler - within walking distance to the Inverness airport and train station. Lovely accomodations, wonderful staff. And a 1/2 mile paved trail from the bus station. Plus, you can walk/run the trail from the hotel into a number of villages above the train station.

Beware booking this hotel. I booked it a year ago during an anticipated stay while at the British Open. Serious health derailed my plans. They were non sympathetic and refused to refund my money. I canceled a month and a half in advance, but it didn’t matter. I also purchased the travel insurance from Expedia, to no avail for my flights and this hotel. I’m out the entire cost.

Sheets were dirty, found a bug on top of my comforter. They didn’t replace sheets or even pillows they just made the bed. Room was clearly not prepared, I was missing towels and soap. Though close to the airport it’s far from everything so would definitely select a closer location next time. It’s not worth it given the experience

A lovely modern hotel, but with faults
A really nice modern hotel with plenty of light, quiet, a nice view, and great air conditioning. The lady at reception was very pleasant and courteous also. However, there were brown stains (which I assume was coffee) dotted all over the carpet, as well as the alternative rooms that were offered to me by the lady at reception. The shower also had very weak water pressure, which I was surprised at for a modern hotel. If this were a cheaper stay, then I wouldn’t bat an eye at that those kind of things, but £180 a night is a lot of money. Not the kind of standard I expect when paying that much for one night.
