Last minute reservation due to an emergency. Night Manager provided a warm welcome and was understanding of my personal situation. Lovely comfortable twin beds although it was strange to have a glass wall between bedroom and bathroom. Luckily it had a curtain.

This was our favourite hotel of our trip so far. The welcome was fantastic (thank you Kylie) and we were allocated a fantastic executive suite with amazing views. The rooftop bar was a wonderful resource with the best atmosphere due in the most part to Stefani who has a relaxed and joyful character which ensures you return time and time again to sample the local botanical gins. Great tapas too. It was a shame to leave.

A stunning hotel in every way. Immaculately presented inside, the rooms are divine. We loved the 360 bar on the 7th floor for a cocktail and the food was exceptional in the restaurant downstairs. Outstanding location in the heart of Invercargill.
