View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. The staff particulary the young lady from Hungary was super. The room was decent and very clean. As the name Basic says it is basic. I did not eat the Breakfast but it appeared to be typical European. SUPER location to the Christmas markets, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again anytime.

Our 3rd stay here so they must be doing something right. Great location by the river a few minutes from the old centre. It’s not Tyrol cute & pretty but it provides ample room space etc for a short stop-over, easy check-in and great breakfasts from the on-site cafe downstairs.
