The 28 acre, private community hosts an indoor heated pool & spa open, year-round, 1300ft sand beach, 3 tennis courts, a volley-ball court, lakefront gazebo on the point with panoramic views and direct access to snowmobiling on 4th Lake and Trail #5. The town of Inlet, NY is a 0.5 mile walk, on a paved sidewalk from our property. There you will find a beautiful park, grocery store, hardware store, gift shops, library, ice cream stand and much more! This is the perfect Family Resort.

The front office was extremely polite and helpful. The owners were also very easy and attentive to communicate with as well. The townhome was very cute and slept 8 grown men very comfortably

We enjoyed the property. We did notice it was not very clean as I believe the property own would like on our arrival. We cleaned the property prior to enjoying ourselves. Appliances are older, lots of room for a big family. We were close to a beautiful beach!
