The Parquet House is situated in the very heart of Inlet NY and there is simply no better getaway location in town. Walk out of the back door and you are seconds away from ice cream, restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, and Arrowhead park offering a playground, baseball field, tennis courts, the beach and walking paths. With an astounding 7 bedrooms and 4 baths this expansive house is great for large groups and families. Enjoy a classic family room with the focal point of a granite wood-burning fireplace. Relax on either of the two covered porches. Situated on the channel with access to the Fulton Chain for boat lovers PLUS there is a dock for up to two boats! While we encourage you to explore all the area has to offer, you can park your car on the first day and not need it again until you’re ready to leave!
