The kitchen comes equipped with a new Samsung fridge and dishwasher, a gas cooktop, island seating for 3, and a generous dining table for 8. Fresh linens and towels are plentiful, and all the comforts, amenities, and appliances needed for a cozy stay are provided, including a full-size GE washing machine and gas dryer.

Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and bean grinder. blender, basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more.

Kitchen Supplies: We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well.

House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays and Friday. Gardening service is provided on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
