Kleine Wohnung mit wenig Ansprüchen ok

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sehr klein und geht über 2 Etagen. Die Küche unten ist eine "Einbahnstraße". Beim Kochen war es sofort sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Das Bad war winzig, aber ok, hätte sauberer sein können. Die beiden Schlafzimmer oben sind geräumig. Das eine ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Klappbetten. Matratzen sind aber ok. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und kühlt beide Schlafräume oben. Allerdings oberer Balkon kaum nutzbar da Tür wegen Klinaanlage verschlossen bleiben musste. Unterer Balkon ist winzig. Zu dritt sitzt man wie Hühner auf der Stange, zu viert nicht möglich. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Im Vorfeld wurde gesagt es sei nur für google, whatsapp etc. Videos kann man damit nicht anschauen. Wohnung ist direkt zwischen Steinstrand und Hafen, sehr zentral. Allerdings auch sehr laut durch Durchgangsstraße

Appartement situé idéalement face à la mer et proche des commodités

Il faut choisir cet appartement pour son emplacement et pour la facilité de garer son véhicule sur un parking public gratuit. Sinon il faut être réaliste, impossible de cuisiner comme chez soi. Cuisine en couloir (pas de cafetière, pas de micro ondes, vaisselle limitée (pour 4 personnes = 4 assiettes plates, creuses et à dessert - peu de couverts et d'ustensiles - une petite casserole ne pouvant pas contenir la valeur de 4 bols - pas de bols pour déjeuner (il a fallu en réclamer), trop de faitout par rapport au reste, 3 poêles dont 2 avec leur fond gondolé et pas de place pour ranger de l'approvisionnement. Système D, stocker les courses dans des sacs au sol ! À 2 à table mais à 3 adultes et une enfant de 8 ans, on ne peut plus bouger. Salle de douche pas pratique car il faut éponger pour se rendre sur les toilettes sinon on prend un bain de pieds. Chambres (1 avec clim, l'autre avec ventilateur) literie correcte. Voisins de balcon hyper sympathiques et de très bons conseils. En résumé c'est un appartement qui est resté dans son "jus" depuis les années 1900 avec juste un petit coup de blanchiment des murs, sans modernité. Idéal pour 2 adultes, pour la super vue face à la mer et pour le grand parking gratuit proche de l'appartement. Le prix de la location se justifie uniquement pour cela ! Tout n'est pas négatif mais il faut dire les choses telles qu'elles le sont ! Simona hôte sympathique et réactive par téléphone car n'habite pas à proximité. man Laura hype

Objekt haben wir direkt gefunden .waren sehr enttäuscht von der Ferienwohnung,treppenhaus 2 mega steile treppenaufgänge,für älter menschen unzumutbar.in der wohnung steht man direkt im der küche sehr schmal zu zweit kann man nicht mal nebeneinder stehen und wir waren zu tritt ,um ins schlafzimmer zu gelangen muss man von der küche wieder eine steile treppe hoch die noch verbunden ist mit dem bad ,wo man nur seitlich rwin gehen kann da alles eng ist im grossen und ganzen sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig .schlafzimmer bett unbequem aber klimanalage vorhanden was das beste in der wohnung war.der vorraum wo die anderen beiden dinger standen was betten sein sollten ,matratzen durch gelegen und für menschen mut grösse 1,65 nur zu benutzen ansonsten hängen beine raus .also achlafmögluchkeiten katastrophal ausser grosses bett gings so rückenweh.aussicht war das einzugste Highlight und man hat oben unden einen kleinen balkon austritt.waschmaschine ist vorhanden was auch ein kleiner pluspunkt da wäre .also wir.qaren 3 personen und da steht drin für 4 person wir sagen nie und nimmer denn es ist alles extrem eng und klein ,aufhalten nur zum schlafen wenn .für uns kein entspannter urlaub aber haben das beste daraus gemacht .die muttwr der vermieterin war da kann aber nur italienisch also kwin wnglich und französisch vorhanden .eine 3/10 geben wir sorry

Logement tres propre et bien situé tres cosy la maman de l'hôte nous a très bien acceuilli avec en plus des tomate et des citron frais sur la table et de l'eau au frais. Je recommande ce logement le top pour un moment en famille situé a côté de plusieurs activités tres intéressantes.

Treppenhaus ganz katastrophal sehr steil sehr eng. Badetimmer tür nur 70cm breit, mit übergewicht schafft man es nicht in die schalfzimmer oder in die toilette. Das eine schlafzimmer war ein durchgehzimmer mit zwei Klappbetten. Küche und flur auch viel enger als es auf den Bilder dargestellt wurde.

Ausgezeichnete Lage und dennoch ruhig

Das Haus der Wohnung ist älter aber in sehr gutem Zustand und DIREKT an der Strandpromenade, wenige Schritte vom Hafen und Innenstadt. Alles notwendige vorhanden, etwas eng in der Küche aber man verreist ja nicht um in einer Küche zu stehen... Das, was in täglichem Gebrauch ist ist sehr sauber. Kleines Bad ist perfekt.

Moi mon concubin et nos 2 enfants avons passé 15 magnifique jours dans cet location, petit appartement bien sympathique très bien placé vu sur la plage très jolie et calme beaucoup d'animation a Imperia sa maman a étais au top de l'arrivée au départ on n'a adoré et très bonne communication avec hôte

kleine urige Wohnung am Fischerhafen

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem gibt es einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr klein, aber perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von den 2 kleinen Balkonen ist wunderschön. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mutter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Klein, aber zentral

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, aber für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. In 5 Minuten am Meer, was will man mehr? Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr nett und es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Zentral bedeutet mitten im Geschehen, darauf muss man sich einlassen. Man fährt ja schließlich nach Italien. Für uns war das völlig okay. Kleines, einfaches Restaurant mit super leckerem Essen! Alles in allem schöne 8 Tage am Meer!!

Klein, fein und perfekte Lage

Die kleine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt für einen Strandurlaub absolut perfekt. Sowohl "Badezimmer" als auch Küche sind sauber und ordentlich gepflegt. Die Küche mit allerlei Utensilien ausgestattet, die für eine Urlaubs-Verpflegung völlig ausreicht. Ein große Kühl-Gefrierkombi komplettiert die Kücheneinrichtung. Im Haupt-Schlafzimmer gibt es eine hervorragende Klimaanlage, die die heißen Sommernächte erträglich macht. Ein zusätzlicher Ventilator sorgt für Luftverwirbelung im angrenzenden Schlafzimmer. Es sind sowohl Schränke, als auch Kommoden vorhanden, die es 4 Erwachsenen ermöglichen, sämtliche Urlaubsbekleidung ordentlich zu verstauen. Restaurants für jeden Geschmack sind in wenigen Minuten direkt am Hafen, ein 24h/7-Supermarkt in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze wären theoretisch direkt am Hafen gegenüber, diese sind jedoch meist besetzt. Aber in Richtung des o.g. Supermarktes sind kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden (Richtung Mc Donalds). Die Vermieterinnen sind super nett und obwohl mein Italienisch faktisch nicht vorhanden ist (ich werde fleißig üben!!) war (dank Google) eine Verständigung durchaus möglich und alle Formalitäten schnell geklärt. 😉 Wir haben uns zu viert (Drei Erwachsene, ein 16jähriges Pubertier) rundum wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Piccola ma funzionale, in posizione perfetta

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione della casa è perfetta per le spiagge e il centro, con comodo parcheggio sotto casa. La casa è davvero molto piccola, soprattutto la cucina al piano di sotto, ma aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per trascorrere una bella vacanza. Le scale interne che separano la camera da letto dalla cucina sono molto alte, quindi forse non adatte per chi viaggia con bambini molto piccoli o con anziani. Ottimi i due piccoli balconi vista mare!

Piccolo appartamento molto carino in ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare , provvisto di tutto per la cucina, biancheria inclusa. La proprietaria sig. Laura disponibile e gentilissima. Siamo stati molto bene. La consiglio a chi vuole fare una vacanza comoda.

Het huisje was inderdaad klein,maar netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Voor 4 personen wat krap, zeker als je ook buiten wil zitten. Ontbijten met z'n viertjes op het balkon ging niet lukken. Voor 2 personen prima! De locatie is niet de mooiste van Imperia, maar strand en centrum op loopafstand. De omgeving is zeer de moeite waard. Wij werden ontvangen door singora Laura, vriendelijke mevrouw. Spreekt geen woord Engels, maar met handen en voeten kwamen we een heel eind. Eén maal een probleem gemeld en werd direct verholpen.

Piccola ma caratteristica

Appartamento situato in una posizione comodissima per qualsiasi esigenza e a due passi dal mare. Per 4 ragazzi lo spazio ridotto dell'abitazione può essere problematico ma non così tanto. In cucina non manca nulla e in generale l'appartamento possiede tutto il necessario. L' unica pecca è stata una poltroncina apribile adibita a brandina con una gamba rotta e quindi inutilizzabile, appena notato ciò abbiamo subito chiamato la sig.ra Laura che prontamente ci ha rimosso la vecchia brandina e ce ne ha resa disponibile una nuova. In conclusione appartamento pulito, accogliente e compreso di tutto. Proprietari cordiali, gentili e disponibili. Vivamente consigliato!
