Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche bei Evelyn. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat hohe Decken, Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern und bleibt kühl auch bei warmen Temperaturen. Klimaanlage funktioniert super, Pool und Whirlpool absolut sauber und gepflegt, ein toller Garten, in dem man sich gerne aufhält. Insgesamt werden 3 Wohnungen vermietet, was überhaupt nicht stört, da der Pool groß ist und ausreichend Liegen für alle bereit stehen. Wir waren oft alleine am Pool.Eine Familienpizzeria liegt nur wenige Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Evelyn hat immer ein offenes Ohr, gab uns wertvolle Tipps und ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit einer leckeren Pizza empfangen. Das tat gut nach der langen Anreise. Auch Kaffeekapseln und gekühltes Wasser standen für uns bereit. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in ca. 700m Entfernung. Das Laden des elektrischen Autos klappte am besten und schnellsten auf dem Lidl Parkplatz in Imperia. Liebe Evelyn, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten das große Glück, 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Evelyn begrüßt. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufmerksamkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Man spürt sofort, dass sie mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft Gastgeberin ist.Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt – nicht nur oberflächlich, sondern wirklich bis ins Detail. Alles war ordentlich, hygienisch und einladend. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Ein absolutes Highlight war der große Pool sowie der Whirlpool- der nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch wunderschön in die Anlage eingebettet ist. Ideal zum Schwimmen und Entspannen.Auch die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum: weitläufig, liebevoll gepflegt, mit duftenden Pflanzen und mediterranem Flair. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank Evelyn für diese wunderbare Auszeit!

Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 semaines dans le logement Angel : très bien équipé, spacieux et confortable avec la climatisations dans les 2 chambres très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs de cet été. L’espace extérieur est au calme et très agréable, la piscine partagée est très grande.L’endroit est très bien entretenu et très propre. On se sent en sécurité et accompagné par Evelyn la propriétaire qui est très à l’écoute, elle sait parfaitement s’adapter à ses hôtes discrète et présente si besoin. Elle parle l’anglais et le français, elle est empathique et bienveillante, merci à vous Evelyn de votre gentillesse. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Nice, Monaco, Menton pour la partie Sud de la France et pour Genova, Camogli, Portofino pour la Riviera Italienne.

A very nice apartment in Italy

Wir waren eine Woche da und sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine leckere Pizza von Evelyns Mutter. Sehr lecker! Die Zimmer sind top gereinigt und schön eingerichtetet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und ist ab 9.45 zur Nutzung bereit. Für kinder stehen diverse Wsserspielzeuge zur Verfügung, die man auch an den Strand mitnehmen darf. Wir bekamen kostenfrei leckere Tomaten von Evelyn Gemüsegarten. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Nette, rustige en hele fijne accommodatie met een fantastische gastvrouw

Wij hebben een week verbleven in Imperia bij Evelyn. De ontvangst was buitengewoon, na kort app-contact werden wij opgewacht door Evelyn en richting overdekte parkeerplaats gedirigeerd. Wat volgde was een warm welkom, rondleiding door onze tijdelijke woning en kregen wij zowaar een, door haar moeder, vers gebakken Focaccia aangeboden. Een hele fijne ontvangst, die maakte dat wij ons direct welkom voelden. Dit gevoel werd ook gedurende de week bevestigd. De inrichting van de woning was verzorgd en zeer compleet. De pads van de koffiemachine verzorgde Evelyn, ook toen wij er in de loop van de week nog wat meer nodig bleken te hebben. De woning was zeer schoon, ruime slaapkamers voorzien van airco, prima keuken annex zitkamer en een eigen afgeschermde tuin met eettafel en loungebank. Buitengewoon! Van het huis naar het zwembad waren circa 25 stappen, iedere woning (3), beschikte over eigen ligbedden en een grote parasol. Wat verder opviel en onze kinderen groot plezier deed, was dat er volop speelgoed bij het zwembad aanwezig was, van opblaas-donuts en een unicorn, tot ballen, emmers en waterpistolen. Dit was best bijzonder en helaas hebben wij bij andere accommodaties vaker meegemaakt dat dit niet toegestaan is. Ideaal voor een verblijf met kinderen. Het zwembad is groot genoeg, de diepte is beperkt. Al met al een hele fijne en rustige locatie, met een hartelijke en attente gastvrouw, dichtbij de uitvalswegen en binnen enkele autominuten van het strand en de promenade.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Villa Evelyn

Wir hatten die Wohnung „Angels“ in der Villa Evelyn für 10 Tage gemietet und haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Evelyn war bereits im Vorfeld sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einer leckeren Pizza, die uns Evelyns Mutter gebacken hatte, was abends nach der langen Fahrt eine Wohltat war. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön: Geräumig, neu renoviert, sehr sauber (wunderbar duftende Wäsche) und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sympatisch und hillfsbereit. Der Pool war wunderbar und wird jeden Morgen zuverlässig gereinigt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool und die Wasser Spielzeuge, die jedes Appartment zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt, geliebt. Es gibt Garagen für die Autos der Gäste und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen. Jedes Appartement hat einen eigenen Relaxbereich, GartentIsche mit Stühlen und Liegen umd sogar eine Grillmöglichkeit. Die Autobahn und Eisenbahnlinie liegen zwar in der Nähe des Grundstücks und sind draußen zu hören, aber der Garten hat hohe Hecken und Bäume (Sichtschutz). Außerdem sind Fenster und Türen gut isoliert. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung und Lage von Imperia haben wir neben den Pooltagen auch Ausflüge ins ligurische Umland oder nach San Remo, Nizza, Eze und Monaco gemacht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Evelyn!

Mega Urlaub

Haben eine Woche Urlaub in den Pfingstferien in verbracht. Vorne ab es war alles perfekt! Die Wohnung war ultra sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch den Bildern entsprochen! Der Pool, dass wichtigste überhaupt in den Augen meiner Kinder (mögen kein salziges Wasser😅) war einfach nur mega! Sauber die Temperatur war perfekt und vorallem groß! Die Hausherrin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Sie war auch immer zu erreichen und gab auch Tipps was man in der region so alles anstellen kann. Bei der Anreise hat ihre Mutter uns eine leckere Pizza gemacht! Wir sind etwas zu früh gekommen, dass war absolut kein Problem wenn die Aufräumarbeiten nicht abgeschlossen wären könnten wir direkt zum Pool und uns dort die Zeit vertreiben (möchte jetzt aber niemanden dazu animieren früher anzureisen). Die Umgebung fanden wir auch toll, was soll ich auch sagen italien ist halt wunder schön! Strände wohin das Auge reicht! Da ist es von jedem die persönlich Geschmackssache! Das Meer war relativ war und vorallem bei Steinstränden sehr sauber! Es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch zum Essen gehen eine große Vielfalt! Wir kommen definitiv wieder zu Evelyn! Superurlaub in Ligurien

Evelyn und Familie hatten uns bei der Ankunft begrüßt und in unsere gebuchte Wohnung und die Anlage eingewiesen. Da wir etwas spät ankamen, stand auf dem Küchentisch eine leckere Pizza, sodaß wir nach der anstrengenden Fahrt das Appartement nicht mehr verlassen mußten. Unsere Wohnung war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Pool wurde von allen Gästen (Evelyn hat in der Villa drei Wohnungen zu vermieten) genutzt. Es gab aber nie Probleme, da nie alle Personen gleichzeitig am Pool waren. Wir haben auch die nähere und weitere (Monaco) Umgebung besucht. Zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug ins Valle Argentina (Badalucco und Montalto Ligure), wo man in den Flussgumpen hervorragend baden und schwimmen kann. Da wir im Urlaub nie selbst kochen, haben wir verschiedene Restaurants in Imperia und San Lorenzo al mare besucht. Zu empfehlen ist insbesondere das "La Mirage" in Imperia (direkt am Meer) und das Restaurante Antica Piazzetta in San Lorenzo al mare (100m vom Meer entfernt). Zum Schwimmen im Meer waren wir in San Bartholomeo al mare (Kiesstrand) und in San Lorenzo al mare (Sandstrand).. Wir hatten 14 Tage ein super Wetter (immer um die 30 Grad) und werden mit Sicherheit wieder bei Evelyn Urlaub machen.
