Finca Casa Yaya

The Finca with more than 3,500 m2 finca with vineyard is surrounded by canary pines on a hill, offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the Mount Teide. On the property are 2 separate holiday homes, which share only the car park and are built so that for both houses the privacy is guaranteed. Finca Casa Yaya is facing the coast and has two terraces with sea view on each side of the house, which provide for many relaxed and quiet hours in the outdoor area. For sunbathing with absolute privacy, is the private roof terrace of the house, which has two sunbaths. The separated grill zone on the front terrace is also the exclusive use of the house. The house has a bright living and dining room with a large window to the sea, by also providing a fireplace especially for a cozy atmosphere. The firewood is included in the rental price. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen is separate and also facing the coast. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a shower. All rooms, except in the living room with fireplace, have electric heaters. The finca at the edge of the forest is a independent holiday destination for those who are looking for peace and quiet, who are looking for a relaxing holiday. Hiking lovers can start directly from the finca, as there are different routes in the direct surroundings. Also the Cueva del Viento, the longest volcanic cave in Europe, is only 3 km away. For beach lovers, Playa San Marcos is only a 15-minute drive away. The village center of Icod de los Vinos with his famous millennium dragon tree is only 2 km away. There is also an ample selection of bars, restaurants and shopping. Finca Casa Yaya is ideal for individual tourists.



It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Ruhiger Urlaub mit Meerblick

Wir waren zum Golfen nach Teneriffa gekommen und fanden hier eine angenehme Umgebung und erholsame Tage. Die Räumlichkeiten sind vol OK, das Wohnzimmer - sagen wir - etwas kompakt gehalten..... . Wir werden dieses Haus gerne weiterempfehlen!

Fantastic week in Tenerife

Casa Yaya was the perfect place to stay during our week's holiday. The owner was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The house is very clean and well equipped. It's high up in the hills above Icod de los Vinos with fantastic views over the ocean and El Teide behind, wonderfully peaceful. Perfect place for families (we are a family of four with children aged 8 and 10).
