Say no to a hotel and yes to a home! We provide all of your basics for a stay including cleaning supplies/washing machine and dryer in unit, coffee and more! Plenty of space for a family or work travelers. Plenty of privacy for all with bedrooms on three levels and a nice kitchen! No front desk check-ins (access code provided to entry door), no sharing of hallways, no noise, just comfort and privacy! Space, space, space! Three spacious living levels, two nice decks, why get stuffed into a room when you can feel at home? Easily more space and comfort for your money than a hotel! The condo is on a really nice property on Lewis Bay and next door to the amazing Kalmus Beach.

Property Description:
Unwind in Hyannis at this spacious 1600 sq foot condo! The condo offers a more private experience as an end unit. Enjoy the beautiful wood flooring throughout, with gorgeous open floorplan views of multiple levels and a skylight for a bright, vibrant environment. The property includes a gazebo, beautiful landscaping, seasonal outdoor pool (JUNE THROUGH AUGUST ONLY) and a private condo beach. You are also steps away from Kalmus Beach, one of the Cape's best beaches! Enjoy an amazing kitchen with seating for 8, full appliances, utensils, cook/bakeware and a large open dining area for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner with friends and family.

Most of the supplies needed for your stay are provided including towels, linens, beach towels. paper towels, hand soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, bags of Dunkin coffee and Dunkin Kcups, coffee creamers (dry), sweeteners and filters.

Three levels of bedrooms offers privacy during your stay. The lower level bedroom has 2 full beds plus a trundle bed (3 total) and sliding door access to the lower deck. A dedicated bathroom with shower and full laundry is located just outside the bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed. tons of closet/dresser space, office space with desk and chair, and an on-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The upper bedroom has two full size beds plus a trundle bed (3 beds total) and an on-suite bathroom with shower. You'll find the upper deck on this level with serene water and nature views.

The condo is perfect for a family, friends or couple's getaway. Two decks to enjoy sunrise, sunset and all times in between. The upper deck has views of the bay and the ocean. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, AC/heat (additional provided box fans), cable tv, smart tv's to log into your favorite streaming services and a washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs. You'll enjoy this condo as a comfortable place to stay, a virtual home away from home, and a great central cape location to additional beaches, shopping, amazing restaurants and adventures.

Located close to downtown Hyannis it is convenient to shopping and dining adventures. Nearby you'll find Kennedy Memorial Park and the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Kalmus beach is a very short walk if you want to wander/adventure from the private condo beach. The Black Cat restaurant, deep sea fishing excursions, goofy golf, Cape Cod League baseball park all are just a couple of minutes from the condo. We'd love to be your getaway in the off-season as well! Ask about great off-season rates as we'd love to keep our home filled with happiness, laughter and joy all year round! Michael is an exceptional host with great communication. The property itself is perfect for families, with plenty of room and all the necessities you may need. The private beach was great, and my children especially loved the pool. With its proximity to downtown, shops, ferries, restaurants, it is a perfect place to stay to enjoy Cape Cod. I would highly recommend!

Michaels house was simply gorgeous and included everything my family and I needed! The location could not have been better, the property was immaculate with a nice pool and peaceful beach. Great place!

This was a great property, perfect for families! Loved being by the pool and the beach as well as the ferries and restaurants. Property was clean, beautiful and owner was above and beyond communicative, kind and always available! He truly ensured we had a great stay!

The Yachtsman Condominium is the perfect spot for a vacation, especially if you have young children. The beach is wonderful for swimming, catching minnow, relaxing on a float, fishing or just enjoying the sunshine. The pool is refreshing and beautiful, with a gazebo attached where you can play games or borrow books. The landscaping on the entire property is gorgeous. Also, a short walk away in one direction is a playground for the children, and walk the other way to Kalmus Beach and enjoy a walk on the jetty or get a bite at the snack bar. A 10 minute walk down Ocean Street brings you to the Ocean Street Docks, where you can catch the ferry to the islands, visit artist studios, get ice cream or lunch or dinner. If you have young kids, be sure to check out the Pirate Ship, which leaves from those docks. A short drive away in Main Street, for souvenir shopping and restaurants. An amazing family stay

Everything was just perfect abd as desired for our family vacation. The house is great and fully stocked with all you need for our 3 generations on vacation. Loved the pool and the beach and the proximity to Hyannis downtown. The host was wonderful, very responsive and welcoming. We cant wait to come back over and over again!
