We stayed three nights during the off season. The first night we complained that our sheets had sand in them and housekeeping did change the bedding for us. When we arrived, were handed a flyer with all the "available" food options. The restaurant was not opened, the only option we had was to sit in the lounge. We sat in the lounge and ended up going back to our room with the food because there were a group of kids playing street hockey in the hallway adjacent to the lounge while the parents sat at the bar whistling and yelling at them. When we complained to the staff the answer we got was that they were allowed to do that, that quiet time wasn't until 10pm. We went back to our room and five minutes later the kids were running up and down our hallway yelling and screaming. Again we sent a text to the staff and demanded a discount on our stay because of the inconveniences. We were told that they would have management look at it in the morning. We never heard another word from the staff or management. We are not high maintenance people. We were just looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. We will never be staying here again. For the price and standards of a hotel by Hilton, we were extremely disappointed.

I was surprised with the immaculate and modern updates to the Fairfield Inn. Lovely staff and very comfortable accommodations. Location was perfect for my business meetings with several clients in neighboring hotels. The BEST find was it was located right next door to Barnes & Noble in the Cape Cod Mall
