Our 5-day stay at Sentido Mamlouk Palace was absolutely wonderful and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The resort is impressively large and offers the unique benefit of full access to the neighboring sister resort, including its facilities and shared dining options. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable base for our holiday. One of the highlights was the incredible culinary variety, as we had the choice of multiple buffet restaurants as well as eight different a la carte theme restaurants. We are especially grateful to Zizo at the reception, who was incredibly helpful at the start of our stay by assisting us with all our restaurant reservations to ensure we didn't miss out. Throughout our visit, we felt completely safe and were consistently impressed by the very friendly, multilingual staff who truly put guest comfort first. It is a fantastic place where the service is top-notch and the atmosphere is welcoming, making for a truly relaxing and high-quality experience.

The building is well maintained, staff are polite and nice, the facility is huge so expect a lot of walking, there's 2 drawbacks the food variety is poor except special nights, also the pools are bit boring no musics with little animation, so if you want a quite place to relax this will be your destination.

Rooms were nice , and clean! We had an issue with a clogged sink called the front desk and they addressed it immediately! We didn't get to try any of the 8 restaurants on property but food options at the buffet were always delish! Staff was excellent, welcoming and attentive! Zizo showed us to our room and made sure that we were comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer but would definitely stay again!!

Amazing hotel, great food and lots of choices for a la carte as well as the buffet. Heated pool which was great for December holiday. Easy access to the private beach. Service was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Executive suite which was very spacious and on ground floor so direct access to the beach. Only critisicm would be that the room especially living area is a bit dark so would recommend the hotel adds brighter side lights. Other than that everything was perfect!

They don't clean well. I ate the food at the Spanish restaurant in the hotel. I got food poisoning and diarrhea.

Hotel clean with hot and clean swimming pool. Staff is friendly, room size is OK but only the 3rd bed was bad as my 13 years son got a camp bed. Access to all restaurant in 2 complex was nice also. Main bar in lobby was best one (very friendly and very good cocktail, the worst bar was the one to the beach (very unfriendly man...). The family got a good time. Thanks for that to the French animator Ross
