The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time.
