Hallo, ich habe über hotel.com gebucht. Habe auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Als ich in der Nacht gegen 2:30 Uhr am Hotel angekommen bin, wurde mir mitgeteilt dass keine Reservierung vorliegen wurde.
