Absolutely Loved our Stay at the Quality Inn, was in a great location with a beautiful view of the River, all staff were very friendly and the restaurant meals were amazing, will most definitely stay at the Quality Inn when in Bracebridge!!

The location was central for the business we had to do on that weekend. If the weather would have been warmer, time by the river would have been a bonus, and we would have taken a tour on the boat.

Peeling paint

Paint was peeling in the bathroom. There is no working fan in the bathroom. No other mirror with a light in the room to put on makeup due to no fan in the bathroom. Front desk staff although friendly often not there.

The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom fan did not work. Doors, switches etc could use a good clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was nice and quiet. Bright light outside our window which was hard to block out. Coffee was not replaced my husband was unimpressed, he had to drink decaf.

Our room was clean, the sink was clogged when we went to the front desk the younger gentleman just said to me "did you tell the cleaning staff?" I said no, he said "I'll tell them if I see them"...... Umm isn't that your job to tell the service people when somethings not working or clogged? End result he didn't tell the cleaning staff, I told her when she came to service our room. She fixed it. Here's a suggestion get a plumber in. The AC wasn't working correctly, the room was very warm.
