The hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The staff were all very friendly. My only complaint is that housekeeping never came and tidied our room or brought fresh towels after the first night we were there. We left around 10:30 AM to go see family and got back late and our room hadn’t been touched. We also never had shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Otherwise, a very cozy stay.

Roger at the front desk was awesome. He suggested the best place to eat in Huntsville, Mr. Hamburger! Parm Fries rocked!! Very clean hotel and good location.

Pillows are very very flat. Husband had 3 pillows and that barely raised his head up. Breakfast was not great at all. Oatmeal was dried out at 8:30 and had the sand food as the day before. Bacon people!we need bacon

Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned! We reported this to the front desk and because we went through a 3rd party (Expedia), they were not able to compensate us. They did send someone up to clean the room, but we were forced to wait in the vehicle until it was ready. This is the third time that compensation could not be given due to booking through a third party.

Fastest check in at a hotel I've ever experienced. Staff was very friendly. Very quiet and super clean rooms. Not far from the SHSU campus. We stayed for a college visit. Our only complaint was the location of the AC unit in the room. Wish it were next to the bed instead of across the room by the couch.
