We stayed at this hotel while visiting Yosemite. Hotel is greatly located near the park entrance. Parking was free. We loved a little pool outdoors on hot days. Breakfast was included and was fine, but could offer a few more variety of fruit and waffles. On our last day kids wanted waffles, so we skipped hotel's breakfast and headed to Bee's Bakery Cafe which had really awesome waffles, croissants and warm breakfast choices. Overall, hotel was nice, housekeeping was friendly and replaced our towels, front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend and would sure stay again.

We booked one night stay. Unfortunately our experience with this hotel was not up to the expectations. When we checked in, our room smelled like cigarette smoke really strong. I had to go back to the reception and was told that they didn't have the same room for us to switch. However, they had free rooms. In my opinion, if the room smells like cigarette smoke, it should not be the problem of the guests who paid for this room. It should be hotel's responsibility to provide accommodations for their guests that are the same or better at no extra charge to resolve the inconvenience cause by not properly cleaning the room to get rid of the smoke smell. Instead, we had to pay extra fee to switch the room just because we had a very tired toddler with us and she had to get some rest after a long road trip and arguing with the receptionist who had no real customer service skills was stressful, she just didn't care. Aside from this unpleasant and stressful experience, the hotel is clean. Breakfast is what you would usually get from a "breakfast included deal". Will we come back? No. To me customer service is everything and this properly didn't have that.

Although circumstances didn't allow us to stay, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, showcasing their exceptional customer service and extremely friendly demeanor. The hotel's perfect location and stunning beauty only added to our excitement. We're already looking forward to our future stay and experiencing the hotel's hospitality firsthand. The A/C was broken, the Wi-Fi kept dropping out, the door lock could not close without slamming the door, the faucet handles were squeaky, and the floors didn't look like they were cleaned. Staff were well-intentioned but clueless to help. Breakfast was limited. Overall not a great experience but only stayed one night and didn't try any of the other amenities. Then again, maybe we would have found other issues if we had stayed longer.
