Location is the only positive. Hundreds of rooms for 2 elevators, sometimes 10min line up wait for it. Staff not friendly and not professional. Got told off by the staff as we wanted to use the stairs as the lifts were so so so slow. I would not recommend this hotel. Bathroom had molds. Rooms not cleaned well. Flat pillows. Room either very hot or very cold, just like the shower. Shower Nearly burnt our son as shower water kept flipping cold n hot.

Overall the stay was nice! Staff were great, breakfast was good. But the only problem we had was the quality of the bed. We are a young couple and struggled with the mattress, it was very springy and firm. Other than that, it was great!
