Pros: Our suite was clean, quiet and well appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, two televisions, and a lovely sitting area. The staff, including the breakfast attendant, were friendly and helpful. Cons: the pool area was inviting ( large pool with warm water), but the green water negated swimming without question ( too bad for us). I am wondering if the cause was the well water which was obvious in the suite too; bring bottled water!

The room was very clean; staff was very friendly and helpful and available right away for anything. There were not enough towels in our room and the front desk was very accommodating with quickly getting us more. The only negative is that is located near major roads and we could hear the road noise; but that is just due to the location. No complaints about the staff and the room.

I spoke with team on the phone and added a night to my stay after a booking error I made. I was assured that my reservation would be extended and I could stay in the same room. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room on Saturday night, very late, neither of my keys worked. I had to go back downstairs and walk to the office to have the keys refreshed. Not happy. The front desk agent did not apologize but said the extension was probably the cause. The room did not seem clean - particularly the bathtub. It felt like it had a film on it, making it more slippery. The kleenex box was empty and the shampoo and conditioner were practically empty. It was frustrating for the price of the Saturday night stay. There are so few options in the Hartland area - but I might think twice about staying with you again.
