The bathroom has some stains in the bathtub. The toilet had some stains. The shuttle to the airport is in time and every 30 minutes 24/7, which is really good. The cost is great. It is a ok place to stay 1 night waiting for the flight.

The room was bigger than what the pictures made it look which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, but there was some concerns about the pull out couch not having been cleaned that we found chips and crumbs under it. The bathroom curtain had staining on the cloth part and it wasn't buttoned up. I fixed it up a bit and I'm surprised this hotel hasn't gone to the mounted shampoo and conditioner dispensers to save on costs. The TV was good, but need upgrading since it is older versions of cable guide and set up.

The gentleman at the front counter was not friendly, was unhelpful, and didn't like to be bothered when I was asking a question. In the morning, he was so dismissive and again just pointed to the counter and said, "Can't get shuttle," when the shuttle was clearly parked out front. When I called the previous night, I'm sure he answered the phone and said to call back; he was too busy to talk. The room was very old, but at least everything worked in it . But the service was terrible. The elevator was also broken

We booked a king room only to find out they didn’t have any when we got there. Next day asked to change, still none available. Staff was very unsupportive and unsympathetic. Hotel is in a bad part of town. Trash everywhere. Continental breakfast was not edible. Staff was extremely unprofessional and not at all polite. Back door to the hotel was propped open with a rock. Dumpster near back entrance was overflowing with stinky garbage our entire 4-day stay. Stray cats all over the place. Very dated and no modern amenities. Not a single usb port in sight. Toiletries supplied were terrible. Housekeeping only once in 4 days. Will not ever stay here again. Don’t stay here to save a buck. There are much nicer facilities close by for only a couple bucks more. I suffered so you don’t have to. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

It was place to rest our heads. The room was clean but dirty at the same time. They offer a shuttle but you need to be cut throat as its not organized with limited sests. If you sign up for s time do assume its guaranteed. Also , i asked for a wake up call and never got one. The breakfast was descent.

Thank goodness the Waffle House is in the same parking lot! Breakfast at the hotel was not good, the front lobby door is broken, my shower wasn’t clean when I arrived, and I asked the service attendant to clean it, she just half cleaned my bathroom and restocked it with towels and tissue. Still no clean shower. The room was horrible! It had no curtains in room 100, so I slept horrible the entire time I was there. Thank God I brought my computer and a HDMI cable or I would’ve been bored. The cable box wasn’t working either! The airport shuttle was beat up, the check engine light was on and you could smell the oil burning!
