The house was lovingly built with sandy hardwood floors, brand new top-of-the-line appliances, and contemporary details for a luxurious yet charming feel. The house is located 10 mins from Downtown, 4 min from NRG, and 7 min from medical center.Shops and restaurants are only a 5 min drive&the area feels peaceful and secluded

I would not recommend. Communication was poor. Our check in was two hours late due to the unit still being “cleaned”. We were offered no accommodation for the inconvenience. Highly disappointed to discover the unit still was not clean. Sticky floors, stains on the white towels and bed comforter, and under the kitchen sink was covered in mold which fueled a gnat problem in the unit. No pillows; only decorative pillows. Not batteries in TV remotes. Lamps in master were not functional as the power cords do not reach the outlets. We did not have control over the thermostat which was set to 85 when we arrived at 6pm. The unit never cooled down as it would reset back to 85 every few hours. Lots of things broken like the couch, blinds, outlet covers, doors, cabinet handles. The master shower also would not drain. Very limited items available in the kitchen.
