The hotel was great! It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming!! I felt safe here also. I don’t know if the hotel was new or recently remodeled. But if it was recently remodeled, it was done so well that the place felt and looked new!

Clean room, nice, quiet, the smell was neutral nothing offputing. Decent place to stay. I wish they served breakfast that would give them 5 stars. Also I know other extended stays that provide utensils, toasters, pots & pans things like that. But other than that my stay was pretty good.

This is a new property right off the Beltway not far from IAH. It is easy to find and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner with more attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a full-sized fridge and that kitchenette was roomier than I expected. The bathroom was roomy enough. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable enough. For the price/rate, this was a great deal,

Everything was as expected. Clean rooms. (I've stayed in more than one) The grounds are kept and there isn't any craziness going on at night. Well lit parking lot and friendly staff. Too bad more studio 6 aren't like this.

I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. The front desk staff were just ok. Not rude, but not necessarily friendly. It was ok for the price. But I wont be back.
