Did a late check in the early morning with no problem, as this was my primary concern. Staff was friendly & courteous to greet us. The entire room including the bathroom were clean. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Kimberly the friendly, helpful and witty lady who checked me in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. And it was. Clean room, attractive property, comfortable bed and pillows followed by a good breakfast. I found my new Texas Medical Center destination.
