Very disappointing

Well we didn’t Owner never sent information Looked like someone was living there Junk in front of the door Large cigarette ashtray filled with cigarettes I’ll never had this problem with other companies I’m still waiting on my full refund Note I had to rent a hotel for 2 days you should refund me those fees too
