Great place near Bellaire and Vietnamese restaurants

Great second stay here. Clean , comfortable. Everything works. Really responsive host. We were able to check out late after flight was delayed. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

My experience

I was a little dissatisfied with my stay. We had a few issues with the Wi-Fi and the cleanliness of the place. When we notified the host about the place being poorly cleaned, she just told us she would let the cleaners know for future references, which was no help for our current stay. We weren’t able to afford to wait for funds to be returned back to us to book somewhere else so we were forced to stay. It wasn’t terrible but I feel we could have been accommodated a little better for the trouble. The communication however was good with the property manager. I just wouldn’t stay again.

Good stay

Nice neighborhood. House is a good size and clean. Easy to rent. House rules were reasonable. Good stay overall.
