Jay at the front desk was amazing very helpful. Very knowledgeable. The surprise came when I was charged $100 the morning of my stay ( before I even checked in) for “incidentals”. I don’t recall seeing that mentioned anywhere when I booked. Now, nine days later that charge is still pending on my account. Not cool.

Looked like it was a converted apartment?? Had better kitchen area than my home here? Was VERY good room for price and not too far from convention center that I went to 4 days? Traffic, of course, was another thing but was expected like most VERY BIG towns? Parking was right out front of door and I handicapped so better yet? Very hood for price!!

It should clearly state that there will be a $100 incidental charge to your credit card the morning of your stay-prior to check in. Then they will have the charge pending until whenever they get around to releasing it because it’s been 12 days and there is still that hold on my account. Seriously! My stay was two night yet the hold on my card is now six times longer than my actual stay. I now know how the people in the J G Wentworth commercials feel…”It’s my money…and I want it now!”

Told front desk the first morning of our stay that there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers, they said they would look into it. No sorry. The next morning, cold showers again. I mentioned it upon checkout and the same rep stated the repairman said there was no problem. I told him that they should go take a cold shower then. The guy said oh ok. No personality, no I’m sorry, no discount, NOTHING. I would suggest that Expedia does not put them as a potential place to stay anymore,
