– No smoking inside the home. A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.
– No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbors.
– Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Guest count must be accurate. Unauthorized guests or unapproved overnight visitors may result in additional charges or immediate removal from the property without refund.
– No pets unless approved in advance. A $150 fee will apply for unauthorized pets.
– Treat the home with care. Keep the space clean, do not move or remove furniture or décor, and report any damages promptly.
– Trash must be disposed of properly in the designated bins.
– Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in fees unless approved ahead of time.
– Smart TVs are available for guest use. Please log out of your streaming accounts before departure.
