Awesome Decorated Lovely, Spacious Townhome by Isabella Golf Course!

This 3 bedroom, Living Room, Sunroom, 2 bath, 2-car garage property is the perfect vacation home. Make this your "home away from home". This is a one-story property, so no climbing stairs and has an “open floor concept”. Light & airy with windows looking at nature!

While the golf course surrounds the area, our place is very private and serene. Sit on the back patio deck, and enjoy nature with the "woodsy" setting. A propane BBQ awaits your favorite meals. You might even see some deer roaming in the back, esp at dusk.

The two-car garage is available for your use, and the driveway is long enough to park your boat or RV. NOTE: Any Boats - RV’s - trailers are only allowed to be parked in a driveway a maximum of 72 hours- this is a HSV POA rule for all properties.

Inside, we offer a newer king bed/mattress and furniture, a Queen bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bdrm. The Master bath has a large walk-in shower, along with both a his & hers sink area. The master bdrm also has its own TV and the walk-in closet has plenty of room and holds the iron & ironing board. The second bath has a bath-shower combo. Shampoos, Conditioners, Body Wash, Toilet Paper, hair dryers and lotion are available. Towels provided.

The living room has a 55" HD-TV with high-speed cable and internet. This home has a very open floor plan, so that family/friends may spend quality time together. Enjoy some of our books, games, puzzles, dominoes etc. The sunroom has a Queen sofabed, should you need that extra bed for children. We offer two dining arrangements, a table with 4 chairs in the sunroom and the dining room area which sits 6 people.

The kitchen has stainless appliances, and everything you might need to cook. Most items were recently purchased: Mikasa dinnerware, Oneida silverware, Cruisinart 12-cup Coffee maker & a Keurig single cup brewer, Henckels Cutlery, Blender, Crock Pot, large assortment of glasses, Mixer, Toaster oven, cookie sheets, bowls, etc We provide coffee & filters for the 12-cup brewer, bring your favorite flavors of K-cups.

This property is in the newer "East" side of Hot Springs Village, just inside the gate (off Hwy 5) and very convenient to start your adventures. There are 6 lakes inside HSV, with Balboa Lake the closest to our property. Rent a boat for a few hours, or relax at the beach/swimming area/marina area, where you can also BBQ. Looking to GOLF? We are across the street from Isabella Golf Course (27 holes), and Granada, Magellan, and PonceDeleon golf courses are minutes away. HSV also offers 22 miles of hiking trails. Outside the village, you might like to drive south 20-25 minutes to Hot Springs where you will find Garvan Woodland Gardens, Maxwell Blade Magic Show for the family, Historic HS famous Bathhouses & many shops along Central Ave, Movie Theaters, HS Mountain Tower (216 ft) overlooking the area, or maybe enjoy the Oaklawn horse-racing season (Jan-May), Oaklawn Casino, Duck Tours, or Magic Springs Theme & Water Park. Other fun "to-do" things around the area are listed in our visitor book at the property. We also offer Restaurant suggestions in the booklet. Note: on vacation and dint want to cook? No worries, we have over 14 places to ear. Mexican, Italian, Burgers, Sushi, home cooking, etc.
