13 Navegar Circle is located on the 4th fairway of Magellan Golf course. It is just minutes from several golf courses and Lake Balboa. This home has very nice furnishings, beds, bedding, furniture and outdoor furnishings on the deck. There is lots of space in the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have a king, queen and two twins and the bathrooms have walk in showers. All living space is on one level with a large garage. All bedrooms have HDTV and there is an all seasons room overlooking the golf course.

Plenty of Space, Beautiful Setting

I was a little concerned from the photos that our group of 6 adults might be a little cramped, but the living/dining room area, kitchen and deck were all plenty big enough for all of us to be comfortable, no matter which area we were in. My young adult daughter and her boyfriend visited a few times and there was still plenty of space for all of us. The location was peaceful, private and beautiful. We had a great stay!
