A nicely furnished one level two bedroom, two bath, vacation rental and extended stay home with carport near Lake Cortez in Hot Springs Village Lake and Golf Resort. Furnished open porch in quiet wooded area. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub and shower. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the utility room. The kitchen has been updated with a smooth cooktop range and there is new carpet throughout the home. The living room has HDTV as well as the guest bedroom and master bedroom. There is high speed internet in the home. The living room is comfortably furnished and there is a dining area for four. The home is about 5 miles from the West Main Gate on Highway 7, about 3 miles to the Coronado Courts fitness and tennis center and about 5 minutes to Cortez, DeSoto or Balboa Golf courses.
