A 3 BR/2.5 BA beautiful home w/ patio, large outdoor sitting area with hot tub, grill, fire pit and privacy fence. Also has 2 vehicle carport w/ Level 2 EV charger and very spacious parking (can park 5 more vehicles!)

Enjoy the beauty of Hot Springs National Park whether you visit the casino, downtown Hot Springs, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Lake Hamilton, hiking/biking trails, Lake Ouachita State Park or Lake Catherine State Park, etc. Stay and relax in our beautiful home with updated interiors, 3-bedroom and 2.5 baths. The house is situated next to the casino (7 mins walk door to door and 3 mins. walk to shuttle shed #4). The house is tastefully renovated with stylish finishes. There is an intimate patio where you can relax and enjoy with family and friends. Enjoy the patio with privacy fence, 6 person hot tub, outdoor sitting and dining area, TV, gas grill and fire fit. The house has a private carport parking with Battery for Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle that is compliant with SAE J1772 (including Tesla, adaptor not provided) and very spacious driveway. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood which is also close to Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail (walking/biking trail that connects to downtown Hot Springs), Lake Hamilton (4 miles from Carpenter Dam Park public boat ramp and 2.7 miles from Hot Springs Marina for boat rentals and boat ramp), Magic Springs Theme & Water Park (4.9 miles) ziplining at Adventureworks Hot Springs (4.1 miles) and ATV riding at Hot Springs Off-Road Park (10 miles)

Fantastic house that was one of the most well equipped home away from homes we have stayed at! Host was Very friendly, helpful, and quick with responses. Super comfy beds. The yard is so fun to hang out in and wish we would have had even more time there. Thanks again!

They cancelled our reservation four days before we were supposed to come. Didn’t even give us a reason. Big race announced and 24 hours later we were cancelled. Found something last minute and actually saw this house with people staying there. I would NEVER reserve with these people! Asked multiples times why they were cancelling us and was never given a reason. Such crap. Way to ruin something we worked hard to go to and look forward to for 8 months. Shame on you.

We had a great stay at this property and would absolutely book here again! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.We come to the area for the races, and the location could not be better—it's an easy walk to Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, which made our trip even more enjoyable.One of our favorite parts of the home was the backyard. It’s such a fun and relaxing space with a hot tub, grill, and even a putting green. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the races.If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the room with the bunk beds. It would be perfect for kids, but for adults it was a little less comfortable. That said, it certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.Overall, this is a great property in a fantastic location, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was the outdoor space—the outdoor kitchen area and fire pit was perfect for spending time together, and the putting green was a fun and unique touch that we really enjoyed.The host was excellent with communication from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the extra hospitality, including snacks, coffee, and bottled water, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would happily book again.

Exactly as presented! Backyard area was perfect and we so enjoyed the hot tub and putting green. Inside had everything we needed - all details taken care of and thought of. Very comfortable and well appointed. Our goal was to relax and just "be" and this property was perfect. Near everything you need and Oaklawn a stones throw. Hope to stay here again!!

Comfortable, Convenient, Relaxing, Fun

The home is in a most convenient spot. You have grocery, dining, and entertainment under half a mile away. Easy access to downtown and shopping as well. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need. The back yard is fun with the putting green and hot tub, and at the same time relaxing. We enjoyed our breakfast on the patio couch while watching tv. I highly recommend this place! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The check in process was easy. The house is beautiful. When we walked in, we had fresh flowers and a card for our anniversary. The property owner took time to leave extras, like snacks and water. It was a very pleasant stay. We would stay there again.
